Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
Once you place an order it can take up to 10 business days to ship out depending on production times for the items in the order. Your item will be shipped once all the items in the order are produced.
How do Pre-orders work?
For pre-orders you can order items before they become available, with the expectation that it will be shipped at a later date (often 2-4 weeks later). If you order a pre-order item with non-preorder items, the entire order will be shipped out only on the pre-order ship date.
Tracking
Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available once shipped, and will be sent to the email that you entered during the order process.
Orders are shipped via USPS and should take 1-3 business days domestic. Overseas orders may take longer.
Please note that once we ship your package we are not held responsible for USPS deliveries, and delivery issues you have must be handled through USPS directly.
What if I don't receive my order?
If needed, you can reach out and we can check the delivery status, date of delivery, address provided, tracking info, and carrier info. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages that state they are confirmed "delivered" to the address provided. If the item was lost or stolen it is your responsibiity to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for the lost or stolen packages, as the carrier is at fault.
